Terms of Service
Your membership
City Tap is a paid discount membership. Silver, Gold and Platinum plans bill monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Billing and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your membership stays active until the end of the paid period and then stops. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
Redeeming offers
Offers are provided by independent businesses, not by City Tap. Each offer lists the minimum membership tier required and may carry merchant conditions such as availability, hours, minimum purchase or one-per-visit limits. Redemption limits for your plan are shown on the pricing page. Redemptions require your current monthly member code and are recorded when the business validates it.
Acceptable use
Your membership is for you and any family members you add under a Platinum plan. Do not share member codes publicly, resell offers, or attempt to redeem offers you are not eligible for. We may suspend accounts for abuse or fraud.
Businesses on City Tap
Businesses join free and are responsible for honoring the offers they publish and for keeping their listing accurate. City Tap verifies merchants before listing but does not guarantee any business's goods or services.
Changes
We may update these terms or our pricing. We'll tell you before a price change affects your next renewal. Questions? Contact us.
